With over 19 years in the $46B+ Cisco Sales organization, Brenda Dennis is currently Vice President, Sales Operations for Cisco’s largest sales geography – Americas and Global Enterprise ($28B+). Her 500+ person team is responsible for providing world-class customer and partner services. She helps to set strategy and marshal the collective resources of the company to deliver a transformational customer experience. In her previous role as Senior Director of WW Sales Strategy and Transformation, she was responsible for sales growth and acceleration strategies, to include Cloud, Internet of Things, Pricing and Profitability, Service Provider, and Large Acquisitions. As Global Sr. Sales Director, she led a 130+ person sales and engineering organization, with revenue responsibility in excess of $.8B. Before joining Cisco, Brenda spent eight years at Sprint Communications in Sales Leadership and was Sprint’s nomination for Fortune Magazine’s “Hot Shots Under 30 in Telecom”. With a passion around developing people, creating inclusive work environments and giving back to the community, Brenda is an Executive Sponsor for the Cisco Empowered Women’s Network and a sought after speaker. She actively gives back to the community, serving as chair of several boards. Brenda earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Marymount University, a Business Administration (BA) degree in International Business from Oregon State University, and studied at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. Brenda and her husband Doug live in Hainesport, NJ, with their three teenaged boys.
